I was tasked with creating a Master Plan for a multi-phase project at a Luxury Golf Club that included:

• Adding an office building to an existing golf cart maintenance building

• Redesigning the existing parking lot to separate guests from employees

• Adding condos between the south side of an existing parking lot and an existing, dedicated wash

• Adding a gatehouse to limit traffic to the existing Country Club during special events

• Adding luxury condos along the drive to the Country Club
